When you pick up the shipped sugar glider they will ask you for your ID and the name & address must match. Please provide me with your valid drivers license number along with the State issued in. Example: If you live in Florida you would put ( FL and then the license number). All information given here with in is confidential and will not be shared with others. PLEASE NOTE: For legal reasons you must be at least 18 years of age to sign this agreement.
